Superior engineers offer micron filtration systems, which comprise of paper band filters and magnetic separators. These systems provide automatic filtration of ferrous and nonferrous contaminants from circulating coolants and cutting oils. They are suitable for use on all types of grinding machines, spms, cnc machines, etc. The contaminated coolant is fed through an inlet onto a rotating magnetic drum. Ferrous impurities adhere to the drum and are removed by the scraper. The coolant is then mace to flow onto the filter paper, which in turn filters the minute ferrous and non-ferrous particles. The paper when choked moves forward automatically due to an electronic ser device. Filtered coolant collects in the tank below the pc band, from where it is recirculated to the machine through suitable coolant pump. The filtration systems are manufactured to suit flow rates from 50 lpm to 500 lpm and above as customer`s requirements.
